November 20, 2007 Board Meeting Agenda Item #20 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #8026 FOR OUTDOOR PEST CONTROL Description Bids to provide 'Outdoor Pest Control' were received from three vendors on October 9, 2007.  The bid of Ameri-Pride, Inc., was the best low bid meeting the advertised specifications.  This bid is for a period of one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods.  The funds for these services are contained in the capital budget allocated to the Facilities Services Department. Recommendation That the bid of Ameri-Pride, Inc., to provide 'Outdoor Pest Control' in an amount not to exceed $65,000.00, be approved for award and purchase.
